About

ABOUT MY PRACTICE

I founded my practice in September 2015 in Nottingham, specializing in physiotherapy for both children and adults. I offer a wide range of services aimed at restoring health and physical functionality.

I specialize in adult physiotherapy, focusing on post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, orthopedic issues, and manual therapy. For children, I offer pediatric physiotherapy, including developmental assessments, rehabilitation for infants and children, treatment of scoliosis, and correction of other postural defects.

Physiotherapy is a comprehensive therapeutic approach designed to restore the body’s functionality after injuries, overuse, or various dysfunctions. It also plays a crucial role in preventing future injuries by teaching patients how to properly care for their bodies. Physiotherapy is effective for individuals of all ages and is based on the body’s natural response to various stimuli. Depending on the type of stimulus, physiotherapy includes:

  • Kinesiotherapy (using movement-based stimuli),

  • Manual therapy (using mechanical and movement-based stimuli),

  • Therapeutic massage (using mechanical stimuli),

  • Physical therapy (using artificially generated stimuli—electric currents or light),

  • Preventive education.

I focus on providing effective support to patients with spinal and musculoskeletal issues. I also offer comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities, aimed at restoring their full or optimal physical functionality, enhancing their ability to work, and enabling them to actively participate in everyday life.
